CREATINE, considered as one of the biggest advances in sports nutrition, is a precursor to the bioenergetic fuel, Creatine Phosphate (CP). In muscle, CP replenishes cellular ATP levels during maximum intensity contractions. Loading Phase: Take one (1) rounded scoop at regular intervals four (4) times daily. One (1) of the four (4) servings should be taken immediately following exercise. Continue on this regimen for five (5) consecutive days.
Maintenance Phase: Take one (1) rounded scoop daily immediately following exercise to maintain the benefits of creatine monohydrate.
Mixing Instructions: Mix one (1) rounded scoop (1 1/2 tsp.) with eight to sixteen (8-16) fluid ounces of any high-glycemic (high sugar), low acid juice or beverage (grape juice, apple juice, etc.) Avoid mixing creatine monohydrate with any hot beverages, acidic beverages (orange juice, grapefruit juice) and caffeine containing beverages as they may interfere with the effectiveness of the product. Increase your intake of fluids (water) while taking this product.
Modification for Weight: Greater than 200lbs: Two (2) rounded scoops per serving and increase fluid intake. 150lbs to 200lbs: One (1) rounded scoop per serving and increase fluid intake. Less than 150lbs: Half (1/2) scoop per serving and increase fluid intake.
